Snowdust

The perpetual snowfall around The Island is a combination of ash, dust and actual snow. It's often regard by Islanders with a mixture of wonderment and fear. The Snowfall, a sliver of snowdust that falls on The Sphere, is considered quite the attraction, although the job of clearing the snowdust and taking it the The Factories is one of the lower merit jobs on The Island.
